Once you have purchased the bundle, you will automatically receive access to the Tiny Hearts Introducing Solids Course via the email you used at checkout. Please allow a few minutes for your access to be granted after your purchase. If you were to complete the Starting Solids course in one sitting, it would take just over an hour of video content, in addition to the time needed for reading the included downloads.
Once purchased, you will be able to access the course straight away. Tiny Hearts provide you with lifetime access to use with any future little ones or to refresh your memory!
Our purees feature 100% wholefoods that are sourced right here in Australia. Our team chops and steams all of the ingredients and blends together in 3 different textures - Smooth (6-8 months), Textured (8-10 months), Chunky (10-12 months) – these ages are just recommendations, the texture that works best for you baby can only be determined by you! If you’re just getting started, we do recommend our Smooth texture.
They are delivered in one of our iconic cube trays. All you need to do is pop out the amount of puree you would like to serve, defrost and voila!
Our meals last 4 months in the freezer and 48 hours in the fridge. ❄️
You sure can! Because the puree in this bundle is vegetarian you can store this in the fridge for up to 48 hours and reheat prior to serving. Same goes for our Finger Foods in this bundle, these are reheatable and last 48 hours in the fridge.
This course provides a non-biased and evidence-based deep dive into the feeding options available so you can make the best decision for yourself and your baby. The course includes the following topics:
Starting Solids, Safe Eating, Methods of introducing solids, Feeding your baby solids, Choking Prevention, Introducing Allergens, Nikki’s solids tips
This course is designed to support parents in transitioning their child to solid foods. While it is recommended to start introducing solids around the 6-month mark, we encourage you to take this course before then, so you can feel prepared when you reach this milestone in your journey as a parent. This is also great for a refresher course as the education and evidence around starting solids is always evolving.

Puree: This can be gently defrosted in the fridge overnight without heating. Make sure that it is completely defrosted to avoid frozen lumps.
Microwave: Place cubes in a microwave-safe container. Heat in 15-sec increments until warm.
Stovetop: Place cubes in a saucepan on medium heat until warm. Always stir to avoid hot spots and check the temperature before serving.
Finger Foods: Microwave (1000w oven) Cook from frozen. Remove paper sleeve and lid before heating. Heat from frozen in 10-15 second intervals until hot in the middle and at the edges.
Oven: Cook from frozen. Preheat to 180°C. Remove paper sleeve and lid. Place on a baking tray into the middle of the oven and cook for 5-10 minutes or until hot in the middle.
